Sunshine Matter may use Stripe or other third-party payment processors to accept payments.

Payment-card information submitted through a payment processor is subject to that provider’s privacy, security, and payment practices. Sunshine Matter does not sell payment information.

We may retain transaction records needed for accounting, tax, client-service, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or legal purposes.

6. Service Providers

We use third-party providers to help operate our business and provide services.

Depending on your interaction with us, these providers may include:

• Growth Hub 365 and the underlying Go High Level technology used for customer relationship management, forms, funnels, scheduling, automation, communications, and related business functions

• Stripe for payment processing

• Google and Google Calendar for scheduling and related business functions

• Website hosting, domain, email, security, or technology providers

• Professional advisers or contractors when reasonably necessary to support our business or comply with law

These providers may process information as necessary to perform services for Sunshine Matter and may maintain their own privacy policies and legal obligations.
